As a British man coming to this country to Wyoming over 20 years ago my pistol skills were REALLY POOR! As a Royal Marine Rifleman aged 20 years only officers were issued with pistols, the Browning Hi-Power 9MM. We were told we had more than enough to carry already! Since that time I have studied, trained and worked at a County range which gave me time to study people on the range as well as to train freely. I now have a basic pistol range at my home which allows me to practice several times per week - weather permitting!

In 2004 I took the training required for concealed carry permit at the local Sheriff's dept. This included live firing in their range and a home defense live exercise. In 2008 I took advanced Pistol combat training at the FRONT SIGHT Training Institute. In 2018 I certified with the NRA as an instructor in Pistol, Rifle, Concealed Carry and Personal Protection in the Home.

Note: I am a Member of the US Concealed Carry Association. If you carry a firearm for defense the USCCA provide legal assistance in the event you do get engaged in using your Firearm for defense.

A firearm is a DEADLY WEAPON and you need to remember NOT to point it at anything you don't want to DESTROY!
